Shipping and Delivery Information

SHIPPING COST:

All prices at the As We Grow International online store are stated in USD, although we provide to calculate the prices in EUR and GBP. Prices do not include VAT and shipping cost. Furthermore, customs and adminstration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods. 

As We Grow products are delivered from door to door within 3 - 5 workdays by DHL Express. For this option, we charge a flat rate ($25,- to Europe and North America; $35,- to other areas) for any order size. Other rates may apply for countries, where DHL Express does not operate. The shipping costs are added to the original price of the product(s) at the end of the ordering process. Once the package has been shipped off, the shipping costs are not refundable.   

ORDERS TRACKING

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.

On Demand Delivery (ODD) 

Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;

• Reschedule for another day
• Leave with a neighbour
• Leave in a safe place
• Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
• Deliver to an alternate address
• Hold until you return from vacation
