PRICES & DELIVERY
Online orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.
All prices at the As We Grow online store are stated in USD, although we provide to calculate the prices in EUR and GBP. Prices do not include VAT and shipping cost. Furthermore, customs and adminstration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.
As We Grow products are delivered from door to door within 1 - 3 workdays by DHL Express. For this option, we charge a flat rate ($25,- to Europe and North America; $35,- to other areas) for any order size. Other rates may apply for countries, where DHL Express does not operate. The shipping costs are added to the original price of the product(s) at the end of the ordering process. Once the package has been shipped off, the shipping costs are not refundable.
Each purchase is insured during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. Upon returning a product, the full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and China Union Pay.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In case of a complaint, please contact us at email@example.com.
Our sold items are the sellers property until they are fully paid, according to Icelandic law no.95/1997.
